QUETTA: Provincial Election Commissioner Syed Sultan Bayzeed said that arrangements for by-polls in Baluchistan has been finalised for a national assembly and three provincial assembly seats. The elections might be postpone in PB-32 Jhal Magsi after heavy monsoon rain and flash floods. He added that the provincial election commission received a report from the district administration regarding PB-32 Jhal Magsi which says that 14 polling stations out of total 51 were facing a flash flood situation due to torrential monsoon rains. He said that some candidates also requested for postponing the by-election in the constituency.
