Promoting Education: Enrolment campaign launches today

Special seminars will be held in the district’s seven tehsils on Independence Day.

RAWALPINDI: The Rawalpindi City District Government will officially launch a “Special Emergency Enrolment Campaign” on August 14 to increase the district’s enrolment rates, said a press release. Special seminars, during which experts will highlight the importance of education in achieving national progress, will be held in the district’s seven tehsils on Independence Day. Participants of a seminar at Government Islamia High School No 4 will embark on a walk from school to Rawal Town Municipal Administration office to promote education.
