Our hero

RICHMOND, VA, US: Dr Beenish Siddiqi’s article “Dr Imran Farooq – our hero” is well-written and accurately describes the loss of a great a leader. I agree that we all need to leave conspiracies to the conspiracy theorists and focus on the facts. The loss of Dr Farooq is indeed a great one, not just to the MQM but to all of Pakistan. To label him a politician would be misleading because he was much more than that — he was a philosopher, a patriot, a revolutionary and a leader.
