One person was killed, while another sustained injuries when explosive material blew up in a shop in the Ring Road area, Peshawar, Express News reported on Tuesday.
Police and rescue teams have reached the spot and cordoned off the area to collect evidence for initial investigation.
The injured person is reported to be in critical condition.
Nearby shops were also damaged because of the explosion.
