KARACHI:

The inaugural Pakistan Table Tennis Federation (PTTF) Ramazan League kicked off at the Pakistan Sports Board Coaching Centre yesterday.

The tournament will feature local players in the event. The event is taking place in collaboration with the Sports Awareness Programme.

“We are holding a Ramazan league here for the first time,” a PTTF official told The Express Tribune. “Karachi-based players will get a good opportunity to practise their game and improve it.” Last year, the Quetta Table Tennis Association started the trend of holding a Ramazan league, with top players of the country attending the event.
