Improving service: Peshawar Electric Supply company transfers 14 officials

PESCO chief urges officers to discharge duties with devotion.

PESHAWAR: With the aim of improving its services for customers, the Peshawar Electric Supply Company (Pesco) notified transfers of 14 officials.

A press release issued on Wednesday said Ali Raza has been posted as Assistant Manager Planning Pesco Headquarters, Daud Khan as Sub-Division Officer (SDO) Pesco Draban subdivision, Raqib Shah as Assistant Engineer Technical (AET) Superintendant Secondary and Transmission Line (SS&TL) Mardan division, Muhammad Nisar as SDO SS&TL, Malik Abdul Hafiz as Assistant Manager GC subdivision, Amin Ullah as SDO Nishtar Abad subdivision, Qasar Shah as SDO Nawan Sheher subdivision, Sheraz Ullah as Assistant Manager Planning and Engineering (P&E) Pesco Headquarters, Muhammad Yousaf as SDO Sikandar Pura subdivision, Zaman Khan as SDO University Town-II subdivision Peshawar, Rafiq Ullah as SDO Landi Arbab subdivision, Abdur Rauf Khan as SDO Takhti Nusrati, Muhammad Riaz as SDO Umerzai subdivision, and Akhtar Hussain as SDO Par Hoti subdivision.



The chief executive of Pesco also directed all officers to work with devotion and honesty so that problems of consumers could be addressed.



Meanwhile, due to maintenance work, power supply of 132 KV to Haripur Grid Station will be suspended on July 18 (today) from 6am till 12pm. As a result, consumers of 11 KV Town-I, Khan Pur New, Chamba Pand, Baldher, Town-II, SN Khan and T&T colony feeders will face inconvenience, stated the Pesco handout.
