Talking to the media at a press conference in Islamabad, UN spokesman Martin Mag-wanja said they received only 106 million dollars aid of the expected 537 million dollars as were promised by international organisations.
He further added that the health projects have already been closed in DI Khan and Jalozai areas.
Owing to the lack of funds, Heads of UN's human development, food, health and education programme have announced that they have to suspend their services.
The news comes at a time when more than 200,000 are still homeless while 1.3 million need to be rehabilitated.
