Declared kari: Man kills both wives

SUKKUR: A man killed both of his wives early Monday morning over suspicions of being karis in Meeral Wah village near Thull, Jacobabad.

Abdul Samad Banglani shot his wives, 40-year-old Mai Afroz and 30-year-old Mai Jamul, when they were preparing Sehr.

Samad suspected his wives of having illicit relationship with his neighbour, Sanaullah Banglani.

The Garhi Hassan Sarki police shifted the bodies to taluka hospital for autopsy while the accused managed to escape.

Meanwhile, Sanaullah, who has been declared karo, has gone into hiding.
