Achievement: GCU chief librarian honoured

LAHORE: Government College University (GCU) chief librarian’s name has been included in executive committee of World Digital Library (WDL).

Abdul Waheed’s name was included in the executive committee to acknowledge his efforts to promote information literacy. WDL has 160 partners from 75 countries. Only two south Asian librarians are members of WDL executive committee.
