Comments Sought: Deceased’s family issued notice

Sarfraz committed suicide on June 2 after he turnde down the proposal.

LAHORE: An additional district and sessions judge sought comments from the Sabzazar SHO by July 17 on a petition alleging trespass and harassment by the family of a youth suicide. Shiekh Dildar, the petitioner said that Musarrat Bibi, a neighbour, had proposed his daughter’s match for her son Sarfraz. After he turned down the proposal Sarfraz committed suicide on June 2. He said several men and women from Sarfraz’s family then broke into his house and harassed his family. He said the SHO Sabzazar did not register a case on his complaint.
