Kurram Agency: Three killed in landslide

Two women along with a little girl had gone to dig the base of a mountain for mud for their house.

PARACHINAR: Two women and a child were killed as a result of a landslide in Pewar, upper Kurram Agency on Friday. According to an official of the political administration, at around 3pm two women along with a little girl went to Gamdah, Pewar to dig the base of a mountain for mud for their house. He added when the women did not return for over two hours, villagers went to search for them, however, they were nowhere to be seen. One of the villagers spotted the landslide; they began digging and recovered the women and child who were unconscious. They were shifted to the Parachinar Headquarters Hospital where doctors pronounced them dead.
