Building Collapse: Child, two others injured

Rescue workers rushed to the site and rescue the victims, who were all seriously injured.

RAWALPINDI: Three people including a 10-year old child were injured when an under-construction building collapsed in Gharibabad in the jurisdiction of Airport Police Station on Wednesday.

A Rescue 1122 official told The Express Tribune that the victims were living in an under-construction building which collapsed, trapping three Sheraz, 53, Abdul Majeed and Arsalan, 10, inside.

Rescue workers rushed to the site and rescue the victims, who were all seriously injured.

They were shifted to District Headquarters Hospital, where they are all stated to be in stable condition.
