The Secretary petroleum has been instructed to present all records of the case in court. The court demanded the summary copy sent to the Economic Coordination Committee to be presented as well.
The Secretary finance informed the court that the ECC was not aware of Fauji Fertilizer company and Vital companies' interest in making a bid for the contract.
The Director General of Fauji Fetilizers was also present for the hearing, and told the court that the bid was made in time but was not considered.
