Jafferabad District: Federal assistance for CIIT campus

ISLAMABAD: Science and Technology Minister Zahid Hamid on Tuesday said the federal government will provide full support for the establishment of Comsats Institute of Information Technology (CIIT) campus in Jafferabad.

He was speaking during a meeting with Balochistan Assembly Speaker Jan Muhammad Jamali, who called on him on Tuesday.

The minister said that the government was taking every step for the promotion of education in the country.

Zahid Hamid said he would soon visit Balochistan and provide assistance to the provincial government for establishing the campus.
