According to details, the drone fired missiles on the house in Sarai Darpakhel. The attack destroyed the house and a vehicle parked next to it.
The identity of the casualties was unclear
The foreign office protested against the drone campaign and said innocent people are killed in these strikes.
The drone attack was the biggest launched this year and the second since Nawaz Sharif took office as prime minister following his victory in May elections.
On June 7, 2013, seven suspected militants were killed and three injured when a drone strike targeted a compound in Mangroti village, in the Shawal tehsil of North Waziristan, according to government officials.
The village is sited 50 kilometres west of Miramshah, the headquarters of North Waziristan Agency, close to the Pak-Afghan border.
“The drone fired two missiles at a suspected militant compound,” a local administration official told The Express Tribune. “At least seven people were killed,” he added.
The Pakistan government maintains that the drone strikes cause civilian casualties and are counter productive.

Hypocrisy at its best. All those who are supporting Drones have been exposed. They start yelling on the Suicide Attack, but support drones, both of which kill innocents. (Perhaps it is because in bomb blast, they can also be the victim, but this is not the case in Drone attacks.)

Lets negotiate with USA to end this drone war. Afterall if we can negotiate with the murderers who have killed 50,000 Pakistani and counting why not USA. Pakistan protests on drone strikes but on suicide strikes we stick our heads further into the ground. If we cant control our borders , cant control people within our borders who threaten foreign countries then we have no right to complain over drone attacks!!
Best treatment to these terrorist beasts. At least these drones give a sigh of relief to the people effected by the activities of terrorists in Pakistan. Otherwise Pakistani government is engaged only in insisting talks and negotiations with terrorists without considering the sacrifies of the nation. More the drones better for Pakistan to get rid of terrorists. They are extremely productive and causes minimum colateral damage. Its only that political elements and media exploits it gain score. There are big names of terrorists already killed in drone attacks.
While use of drones by US must end and end at all costs but our own security establishment needs to use whatever means they can to eradicated TTP and if they can't then they simply need to shutup and let Americans do it.

Why is there not a single recorded attempt by the Military of Pakistan to thwart any one of the some 340 plus US drone strikes spread over almost a decade, despite loudly voiced disapproval from three separate administrations ?
All this despite Pakistan being equipped with the requisite military hardware to thwart drone attacks such as the Spada 2000 SAM’s, RBS-70 Bolide MANPADS, ZDK-03 AWAC’s, Saab 2000 Erieye AEW’s, AN/TPS-77 Transportable radars, F-16 fighters, AAMRAAM AAM’s and Sidewinder AAM’s.
All this also given that Pakistan is fully within its rights to shoot down any drone intruding into its territory.

PMLN realizes that the policy of Musharraf regarding the drone strikes, carried on by the PPP Government was correct. It will continue with the same policy. Condemnation in the TV programs by its spin doctors and propaganda ministers will be only for tranquilizing its rightist vote base, nothing more.
