Pakistan Muslim League-Functional’s Jam Madad Ali won the re-polls in the PS-81 constituency of Sanghar, according to the unofficial results.
He defeated his opponent Junaid Junejo of Pakistan Peoples Party whose candidate had earlier won in the May 11 elections. The PML-F’s candidate bagged 35,548 votes while PPP’s Junejo could only manage 34,175 votes.
The re-polling process in Sanghar’s PS-81 constituency, which had a total of 127,228 registered voters, was conducted at the 122 polling stations set up in the area. In view of the past allegations of rigging, the election commission deployed army and Rangers.

@expaki: obviously it is absurd to call army for conducting elections in the country you are now living in. But try remembering the days when you were here, and you will get the idea what @Karim is trying to convey!
@expaki Pakistan has jungle's law (Sir, no law abiding citizens here), and, only Army deployment can assure free, fair and transparent elections.
@Karim: Khuda da Wasta, let something function without ARMY too.
This result and one other result in Karachi 250 shows that fair polling can only be held under army supervision.
Federal government in action!
