Domestic dispute: Husband kills woman in Larkana

Accused used to torture her and had physically abused her recently, after which she decided to move out, says police.

SUKKUR: A man, Khan Muhammad Khoso, has been accused of killing his wife, Benazir Brohi, over a domestic issue within the jurisdiction of Waleed police station on Tuesday.

The victim was a resident of Yar Muhammad Colony, Larkana.  The victim’s father, Ghulam Haider Brohi, filed a FIR against his son-in-law, Khan Muhammad Khoso, and his accomplices but no arrests have been made.

It was reported that at the time of murder Benazir was living with her parents.

According to the police, the accused used to torture her and had physically abused her recently, after which she decided to move out.

This enraged her husband, who tried to convince her to come back, but after she refused the accused along with his accomplices, Zulfiqar, Zafar and two other men raided his in-laws’ house and killed his wife, the father told the police.
