Shooting: Young shooters to showcase skills next week

Aspiring shooters from all over the country will showcase their skills at the National Youth Shooting Championship to be held in Islamabad from June 26 to 29.


According to National Rifle Association of Pakistan Secretary Javed Lodhi, at least six of the eight affiliated units of the body have confirmed their participation at the event.

“The best performers will be chosen for the Second Youth Asian Games to be held in China in August,” Lodhi told The Express Tribune. “Pakistan will send a total of four shooters for the event. In addition, this national event will also help us shortlist talented shooters for future events.”
