I am a soup and salad person, so I thought your recipe was good but if you had been a little more adventurous on the vinaigrette dressing or crumbled a bit of sharp (blue) cheese into the salad it would have given that little extra bit of zing. Tried a salad the other day, at the Pantry off Zam Zama and it was fabulous.
