Calling attention: PTI leaders file notice

LAHORE: PTI’s parliamentary leader in the Punjab assembly Mian Mehmood Rasheed and MPA Murad Rass, submitted a call attention notice on Monday over the death of a man in police custody. Suraj had been illegally detained at the Shahdara police station. They also filed four adjournment motions on the torture of a woman at the Nawab Town police station, deaths due to ‘sub-standard’ measles vaccine, the illegal construction of a high-rise building in Gulberg and the delay in surveys of dangerous buildings ahead of the onset of monsoon rains.
