Ill-treatment : Patient, doctors clash at BBH

The relatives of Safeer also filed an application with the Waris Khan police.

RAWALPINDI: A brawl occurred between doctors and relatives of a patient who was brought to Benazir Bhutto Hospital after a road accident.

Safeer Shah was brought to the hospital after a traffic accident and was allegedly thrashed by doctors during treatment. This led to a protest by the patient’s attendants, who beat up the doctors they believed were responsible.

The relatives of Safeer also filed an application with the Waris Khan police. Waris Khan SHO Raja Musadiq said the police were looking into the matter and would take action against the responsible party.
