Sindh chief minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah has issued orders to set up a special complaint cell at Chief Minister House.
The cell will consist of a member of the provincial cabinet who will listen to people’s complaints every day and try to address them as soon as possible. Shah has urged the public to utilise this facility to record their complaints so that they are addressed on an urgent basis.
The contact numbers for the cell are: 021-99202065, 021-99202010, 021-99202051 and 021-99207568 - extension 919. Moreover, the complaints can also be faxed at: 021-99202000 and 021-99202007.
