Academic appointments: New principal hired at SMIU school

The school has classes from grade six to 10 in English, along with Sindhi and Urdu.

KARACHI: Nighat Fatima, a noted academic, has been appointed as the principal for Sindh Madresatul Islam University (SMIU) Boys Model School, at the BPS-19 grade on a contract basis for a year.

She was appointed on the recommendation of the selection board. Having had 30 years of experience in teaching and management, Fatima joined her new office on Monday.

The school has classes from grade six to 10 in English, along with Sindhi and Urdu.

I am sure she is not a cousin of former Minister of Education
