Merger: Moody merges with Austrian firm
The company recently parted ways with Intertek Moody Group, becoming an independent company
LAHORE:
Moody International Pakistan’s, a leading certification and inspection company, CEO Rashid Mehr announced the company’s merger with TUV Austria Holding AG (TUVH-AG), adding that the company will change its name to TUV Austria Bureau of Inspection and Certification (Pvt) Limited Pakistan. Moody International (Pvt) Limited Pakistan was established in 1997 and has emerged as the foremost company and brand in the field of certification and inspection. The company recently parted ways with Intertek Moody Group, becoming an independent company. Spokesperson for the company said: “We regard this investment in Pakistan as very important to our future expansion plans and brand loyalty in South Asia and Middle East.”
