Rahim Jakhrani had gone to Bashir Jakhrani’s house to ask for money he had loaned him about a year back. Bashir sought more time to pay back the loan, but Rahim refused and, after a heated argument, he opened fire.
Bashir’s wife, Lal Khatoon, died instantly while his son, Perwez, was injured. Rahim was also injured when Bashir retaliated. Mauladad police reached the site and shifted the dead body and the injured to Jacobabad civil hospital. The police have yet to register the case.
