Retirement benefits: LHC seeks replies from audit chief
Petitioner prayed the court to direct the authorities to release his pension and other privileges.
Chief Justice of The Lahore High Court on Friday sought replies from the auditor general and the accountant general on a petition by Justice (retd) Karamat Nazir Bhandari complaining that he had not received his post-retirement benefits including pension since his retirement from Supreme Court in 2006.
He prayed the court to direct the authorities to release his pension and other privileges.
