Director Shikarpur campus, Prof. Dr Lutufullah Mangi, headed the meeting.
Dr Mangi said that it was a national duty to promote the culture of quality education.
He added that for the first time, a comprehensive and uniformed prospectus was being made for students.
Admissions director, Syed Mehdi Shah Rashdi, briefed the participants about the prospectus information.
The meeting concluded that the academic process for year 2014 will start from August 26 to October 10.
An academic calendar was also recommended by the committee.
