Irrigation rehabilitation: PM orders irrigation structure repair

SOHBATPUR:
Caretaker Prime Minister Mir Hazar Khan Khoso on Saturday directed the authorities concerned to take immediate steps for rehabilitation of irrigation structure in Nasirabad and other districts of the province badly damaged by flashfloods.
He directed the initiative while listening to complaints of local people during a ‘Kachhery’ after his arrival here. “The Irrigation Department should pay special attention for rehabilitation of Pat Feeder and other canals which were badly damaged by flashfloods,” he said.
