Earlier, the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) had directed returning officers to hold re-elections at 43 polling stations of NA-250 Karachi on May 19.
“On May 11, elections were free but not fair. Our workers were kidnapped before elections and released after polling ended,” claimed MWM Secretary General, Allama Amin Shaheedi.
Earlier, Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) had request the ECP to conduct re-polling in the entire constituency of NA-250 Karachi. After the ECP rejected the plea and maintained its decision to hold re-elections in selected polling stations of NA-250 on Friday, MQM decided to boycott the re-polling.

MWM who? Is it a sidekick of MQM?
I read that as MQM! Lol
In fact the credibility of Election 2013 has become controversial. The evidence based decision making is not what ECP and the courts are following. Whoever has participated in writing and executing this script has threatened a chaotic future for this country.
@Peel It could be irrelevant to you but not for others. ET is not your personal news paper its a national news paper.
MWM is a religious party of Shias who have been sick and tired of MQM for not ensuring law and order in the city and they took away voters from MQM.
