The two explosions ripped Karachi on May 11 – the day Pakistan went out to vote in the historic polls.
The blasts took place in the Quaidabad and Qasba areas of the city and claimed 13 lives and injured several others.
The blast at Quaidabad – which reportedly targeted an Awami National Party (ANP) candidate – was more intense than the other.
The ANP candidate managed to escape the attack unhurt.
The Taliban had directly threatened the three main parties in the past government, the PPP, the ANP and the MQM.

@janaan: Its a privilege to be able to see this evidence and not have it locked away like in many countries. I know its sad, terrible and painful to watch but its important we know and have this information so that no one can refute it and we may be able to figure out or pinpoint the perpetrator. My only wish is that peace prevails so that gruesome moments like this are a dark fading memory.
why glorify these terrorists act by showing their videos. shame on media
The people who killed Hazrat Usman R.A. used to stand all night praying nawafil. But they were the worst of the people and absolute losers. Similarly those who are killing innocent people are doing nothing, but buying a one-way ticket to the great fire that burns hotter than one can imagine. Their deeds will be returned back to them IA.
