Teacher-Training: Roots organises managerial workshop

The Roots Academy for Professional and Intellectual Development (RAPID) organised an experiential interactive workshop on High Impact Managerial Competencies at the RAPID training facility in Islamabad.

This workshop is the brainchild of Roots International Schools CEO Walid Mushtaq, who aims to inculcate excellence in administrative and managerial staff across schools.

The workshop, attended by 85 school leaders from Pakistan, was led by renowned corporate trainer and philanthropist Shireen Naqvi.

Through various discussions and activities, the workshop explored the concepts of super goals, strategic management, resource allocation and the problem, risk, decision and opportunity paradigm.

The methodology involved the identification and solution of a live problem while learning analytical thinking, risk analysis and decision making skills.
