Re-polling ordered in three national, two provincial constituencies

ECP says the decision has been taken after detailed consultations.

Amidst rigging complaints, the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has ordered re-polling to take place at 34 polling stations of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan, Radio Pakistan reported.

Re-polling has been ordered for four polling stations of NA-41 Tribal Areas VI and two polling stations of NA-269 Khuzdar.

The decision to hold re-polling, expected to happen next week, was announced after detailed deliberations on the matter.

Re-polling has also been ordered for 21 polling stations of  NA-46 Tribal Areas-XI,  four polling stations of PK-71 Bannu-II and three polling stations of PK-72 Banu-III of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
