Fake Degree: Judge refuses to hear ex-MPA’s petition

LAHORE: Justice Nasir Saeed Sheikh of the Lahore High Court (LHC) on Tuesday refused to hear former MPA Seemal Kamran's petition against her disqualification for personal reasons and referred the matter to LHC chief justice with a request to fix it before another bench.

Kamran had assailed Election Commission's decision of her disqualification for having a fake degree. She requested the court to set aside the Election Commission’s decision.
