NEW YORK: The fact of the matter is that Dr Aafia Siddiqui was arrested in Afghanistan, not Pakistan, and this is something she did not even try to deny during her court case hearing in the US. The FBI became suspicious of Aafia Siddiqui for having used a debit card to buy night-vision goggles and body armour over the internet. I would request the media to put together a detailed report on her in an objective manner since most people don't know the facts and sympathise with her predicament based on false facts.
