Pakistan Peoples Party's candidate and former Primer Minister Gillani's son, Abdul Qadir Gillani, lost the NA-151 Multan seat to the Sikander Hayat Bosan of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz.
Bosan won with 49439 votes, while Gillani managed to get 30450 votes.
