ECP extends polling deadline till 6pm across Pakistan

All major political parties had requested ECP to extend the deadline.

The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) extended the time for polling till 6pm across the country on Saturday, reported Express News.

All major political parties of the country had requested the ECP to extend the polling deadline as the polling process began late in several constituencies after the ballot papers arrived late.

The commission has also extended voting deadline for seven constituencies in Karachi till 8pm.
