KARACHI: Anarchy begins when law ends, said the Chief Election Commissioner Fakhruddin G Ebrahim exuding positivity as he spoke after casting his vote, Express News reported on Saturday.

He was sure that Pakistan is moving on the right track and the elections will bring about a positive change.

“It is our responsibility to ensure free and fair elections and I will visit the areas where the polling has not started due to any reason,” said regarding the delay in polling in some areas of Karachi like Gizri.

No one will be allowed to rig the elections and it is positive to see that the media and public are enthusiastic about the general elections.
