Election tussles: PML-N workers clash with JI, PPP activists

Three men were injured after Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz workers allegedly attacked an election camp of the Jamaat-i-Islami and also clashed with PPP workers here on Monday.


At Block 26, the PML-N workers allegedly ransacked a JI camp and injured Malik Asif, Usman Hassan and Malik Kashif.

A police team broke up the brawl. Later, PML-N leaders tendered an apology in the police station following which both parties were reconciled.

The PML-N workers also clashed with PPP activists at Sharbat Chowk, exchanging harsh words. Police intervened and dispersed the feuding workers.
