FAISALABAD: As many as 1,850 proclaimed offenders are at large in Faisalabad, according to a Police Department report.

Police spokesman Ameer Nasir said the list included 36 most wanted men with head money. The charges against them included murder, attempted murder, dacoity, robbery, abduction for ransom and other crimes, he said. He said the police had launched a campaign to get surety bonds from people with militant links to not cause any trouble in the upcoming elections.
