City-wide arrests: CID rounds up three alleged killers

KARACHI: The Crime Investigation Department (CID) has claimed to have arrested three alleged target killers on Monday.

The suspects were identified as Zohaib alias Doctor, Ahmed Naeem and Muhammad Rehman.

Three pistols and a hand grenade were also recovered from their possession.

According to CID SSP Fayyaz Khan, the three men were involved in at least 20 cases of targeted killings of political workers and four cases of sectarian killings besides more than 25 cases of house robberies and extortion.

Khan said that a CID team raided their hideouts in Surjani and Mansehra Colony following a tip-off.
