Facilitating expertise: Dow University to hold summer courses

The 12-week-courses, starting from June 1, will be held at the Dow Medical College Campus.

KARACHI: Dow University of Health Sciences (DUHS) has invited applications for its summer short courses in applied biostatistics, statistical software for health sciences, fundamental epidemiology and research methodology.

DUHS director of research Prof. Dr Nazeer Khan said that the 12-week-courses, starting from June 1, will be held at the Dow Medical College Campus.

The schedule of classes for the short courses is as follows: statistical software for health sciences will be held on Saturdays from 3pm to 8pm, fundamental epidemiology on Saturdays from 3pm to 7pm, applied biostatistics on Sundays from 9am to 3pm and research methodology also on Sundays from 9am to 1pm.
