KARACHI: Pakistan Muslim League-Functional (PML-F) candidates, Kamran Tessori (NA-250) and Sardar Rahim (PS-113/114) launched their campaign from Karachi’s coastal areas on Sunday.

Addressing a press conference, Tessori said that they had launched the campaign from the coastal areas as the people of these areas were being deprived of their shelter and the party wanted to assure the citizens of their support.

He said that foreign companies will not be allowed to usurp the rights of the poor and will be provided justice.

He accused the previous governments of corruption and promised an end to corrupt leaders if PML-F was elected to power.

Expressing his mistrust in the caretaker government due to their failure to control the law and order situation, he hoped that the election commission will hold the elections on time.
