RAWALPINDI: A house was robbed, a man was looted and a car stolen in separate incidents in the Airport area of Rawalpindi during the last 24 hours. In the first incident, two armed robbers snatched cash from a man. Sohail Masih lodged a complaint with the police that armed motorcyclists intercepted him on service road and snatched Rs26,000 and a mobile phone from him. Kashif Ali told the same police that two armed robbers broke into his house in Ayub Colony and held him hostage. They made off with 1,700 dirham, Rs4,000, jewellery worth Rs100,000 and other valuables.
