Shot Dead: Policeman gunned down in Quetta

QUETTA: A policeman was gunned down by unidentified armed assailants at Quetta’s Sariab Road on Friday.

According to police, unidentified gunmen riding a motorcycle opened fire on the cop near Chaki Shahwani area. As a result, he received multiple bullet wounds and died on the spot. The body was shifted to civil hospital where the deceased was identified as Habibullah.

Later, his body was handed over to the family. Police is looking into the matter and investigation is under away.
