Cricket: KPT thrash Face Fresh in Patron’s Trophy

KARACHI:

Paceman Babar Rehman claimed 12 wickets as KPT thrashed Face Fresh by an innings and 48 runs on day two of their Patron’s Trophy Grade-II match at the Diamond Ground in Islamabad. Face Fresh started the day on 31 for four while replying to KPT’s 349.

However, they were bundled out for 152 as Babar took seven wickets. KPT enforced the follow-on but Face Fresh were dismissed for 149 in 32.5 overs. Meanwhile, PTV registered an innings and 112-run win against Medicam, who were dismissed for 164 and 113 in reply to PTV’s 389. In another match, Humak Engineering beat Candyland, while Syed Papers hammered HEC by an innings and 170 runs.
