Trespassing: Court orders case against SHO, raiding team
Ishaq alledges that the policemen insulted and abused his family.
SARGODHA:
Additional District and Sessions Judge Pervez Iqbal Sipra has ordered the district police officer to register a case against the Urban Area station house officer and other policemen for breaking into a house and insulting women.
Kot Farid’s Waseem Ishaq had submitted that the SHO and his team broke into his house after breaking the main gate. He said the policemen insulted and abused his family. They also took away his motorcycle.
