KARACHI: Former Sindh Assembly speaker, Nisar Ahmed Khuhro, has said that Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) will officially announce the names of candidates for party tickets after the completion of scrutiny of all nomination papers.
He was speaking to the media at his residence in Karachi on Sunday. Khuhro said that the PPP will face alliances formed by its opponents with the support of the people in the upcoming general elections.
In reply to a query regarding the matter of fake degrees, he questioned the Supreme Court’s veracity on the matter by reminding the media that it had not taken a decision regarding the matter of madressah degrees even after a lapse of five years.
