Authorities in India released 15 Pakistani fishermen and two other Pakistani nationals and handed them over to the Pakistan Rangers, The Hindustan Times reported on Saturday. The detained men were brought to the Attari border. Out of the 15 fishermen, 14 were lodged in a jail in Kerala, while one was serving a sentence in a Gujarat jail. Two civilians were brought from the Jammu jail. Kishore Ahmad, who had crossed the border after a fight at home, advised youngsters in Pakistan not to run towards the border after a fight at home.” Imran, a fisherman, said they had inadvertently entered the Indian waters and were nabbed by Indian coastal guards.
