KARACHI: Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaaf (PTI) is prepared for the upcoming elections and the victory will be ours, PTI Chairman Imran Khan said on Saturday.
Imran was speaking to media at the Karachi airport.
Predicting his party's win, Imran said just like 1992 World Cup, an unknown party will sweep the May 11 polls. "That party will be the PTI," he boasted.
Speaking about his party policy, Imran said the PTI is the only party that has given the youth an opportunity to lead.
On a query related to fights within the party over tickets, Imran clarified that no tickets have been issued as yet, therefore there is no basis for complaints.
Commenting on Pervez Musharraf’s return to Pakistan, the PTI chairman questioned the silence of the Pakistan Muslim League - Nawaz (PML-N).

@roadkashehzada: IK will do the same if he wins. The difference is that IK will reach Raivind without blocking traffic and without an army of security officials. If he doesn't do it winner won't matter be it IK, Nawaz or Zardari.
Victory? how? PTI has no good candidate in Sahiwal, Sheikhupura, Okara, Pakpattan, Vehari, Kasur ....
Imran Khan would only win if all the youngsters come out for the voting at the election day. Sleeping until late in your bedrooms and debating with friends will not bring change. So pleeeeeeeeease vote for the change and get rid of the dishonest politicians who beleive that we are fools. Vote for your SELF RESPECT.

In 1992 world cup it was the rain which helped Pakistan reach semi finals. Otherwise the team was out. I hope Imran is not banking on any 'rain' to help him win. Otherwise his sixer has been caught by corrupt in his own party, even before the match has begun.

I saw dream that,,, Pti clean sweep election in pakistan & i was weeping beacuse i was supporting a strong personality in kashmore but he losed from pti cANIDATE but at other moment i was happy beacuse now country will go towards strong progress due to pti's clean sweep in country.
I am really impressed that just Karachi alone has 100,000 PTI youth razakaars. At least youth is getting up to change their own fate...a very hopeful sign...kudos to PTI for this political mobilization

I am an overseas Pakistani....despite the news that overseas pakistanis might get right to vote this time in their countries (I sincerely hope so).....i have booked my flight and intend to fly to Pakistan to cast my vote for you in the upcoming election......I want to make sure i have a clear conscience and able to tell my next generation i was a part of contributing towards the Naya Pakistan change.....the change that the great Imran Khan dreamt for us.....

IK is a big dream merchant and is a one man army for PTI. Though an uphill task but seeing his enthusiasm and sincerity, one wishes that his party wins the elections and he be given a chance to translate his dreams into action.

IK saw a dream.....people saw a nightmare. Punjabis will vote for Nawaz Mian. Sindhis will vote for Bilawal Mian. Mujajirs will vote Altaf Mian. Next 5 years will make the past 5 years look like the "Golden Era" for Pakistan. Imran Khan, the new kid on the block will sit in the opposition and play cricket on the weekends.
