GUJRANWALA: Judge Ahmed Saeed Sheikh on Saturday ordered cutting off the genitals of a man claiming to be a spiritual guide who had allegedly cut the genitals of a two-year-old boy “to make him a dervish”. The crime was reported on September 9, 2011.
